We accept either Driving License/Passport Identification.

At all of our apartments we offer a self-check in service, we have smart locks fitted to all of the from the doors and each apartment. You will be sent your apartment door code on the day of your check-in. Simply enter the code and press the button at the bottom of the keypad and the door will unlock.

Check-in is anytime after 3pm and check-out is no later than 11am.

If you like like to request an earlier check-in or later check-out please let us know and if possible we would love to accommodate this for you.

If you would like to extend your booking please contact us via the booking channel/email or phone and one of our team will be happy to discuss this with you.

Yes we have a noise/damage deposit of £200 for all bookings. This can be a pre-authorisation or payment.

Once our cleaner has been in and confirmed everything is fine with the apartment we will release the pre-authorisation hold. If you have made a payment directly to our business bank account then the deposit is usually returned within 2-3 days of your check-out.

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances inside our apartments. This will lead to you loosing your deposit should you not follow this.
